Socks 101 – A brief education on socks

No-Show Socks
One of our most popular sock silhouettes, these socks are worn with shoes for a “no socks” look. 

Footie/Low Cut Socks
These socks cover the foot, stopping below the ankle.  They look best with an athletic or casual shoe.

Quarter Sock
Socks that go up to the ankle and are usually in a casual or athletic look.

Crew Sock
This sock is a classic silhouette with coverage up to the mid calf.  We use this sock silhouette for our novelty and fashion socks.

Knee High Socks (KH)
These socks stop below the knee and come in a lot of different looks and fabrications.  Besides the no show sock, the knee high is the most popular length with our junior customer.

Over the Knee Sock (OTK)
A great fashion statement, these socks go over the knee and look great layered with tights and worn with boots.

Footless Tights
Full leg coverage that ends at the ankle.  Worn with long sweaters, tunic tops, and layered, footless tights make a comfortable fashion statement.

Tights
K. Bell carries a full range of tights, but our most popular is the microfiber tight.  Lots of stretch makes these the most comfortable tights you will wear!
