Within the first 30 days of your order, if you are not satisfied, merchandise can be returned unused and in original packaging. Refund will be issued for goods received and credited to the original credit card less the 15% handling fee. Management reserves the right to refuse a return if not received in the manner stated above. A copy of the customer receipt must accompany all returns and indicate the reason for the return.

We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. There are no returns on custom made products. Cancellations may be subject to a 15% handling fee.
Defective items – K.Bell will ship a replacement upon receipt of the defective product at our cost. Standard Replacement may take (2) two -(3) three weeks turn around time.
K.Bell will only accept the return merchandise purchase through our website. Items purchased from other vendor locations cannot be returned directly to K.Bell.
