These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by K. Bell. K. Bell reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
K. Bell offers UPS Ground service inside the continental United States, no International orders can be processed at this time. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method and total weight of all the items in your order. The shipping charges are not refundable. Due to shipper restrictions we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes or APO, FPO, PSC addresses.
- All shipments are subject to stock availability.
- Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of credit approval. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from credit approval for delivery on ground shipping.
- K. Bell reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
- All packages may require signature and it is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery.
- If any part of your order has shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
Within the first 30 days of your order, if you are not satisfied, merchandise can be returned unused and in original packaging. Refund will be issued for goods received and credited to the original credit card less the 15% handling fee. Management reserves the right to refuse a return if not received in the manner stated above. A copy of the customer receipt must accompany all returns and indicate the reason for the return.
Please report missing items within 3 days of delivery by contacting customer service at webcustomerservice@kbellsocks.com or calling us at (800) 969-5235.
We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. There are no returns on custom made products. Cancellations may be subject to a 15% handling fee.
Defective items – K.Bell will ship a replacement upon receipt of the defective product at our cost. Standard Replacement may take (2) two -(3) three weeks turn around time.
K.Bell will only accept the return merchandise purchase through our website. Items purchased from other vendor locations cannot be returned directly to K.Bell.
SALES TAX
K. Bell shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California and New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
PRICING
At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. We do not "price match" and we cannot make a price adjustment after an order has shipped.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Cards
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express that are issued in the United States. For credit verification purposes, credit cards issued outside of the United States will not be accepted at this time. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with K. Bell. Please be sure to provide the correct and exact billing address along with the correct billing telephone number. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, please notify your credit card company of the alternate shipping address so that we may verify its validity. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks and Personal Checks
K. Bell does not accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks or company checks for Internet purchases.
Wire Transfers
K. Bell does not accept wire transfers.
Net Terms

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. K. Bell reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you must cancel an order for any reason, please contact at webcustomerservice@kbellsocks.com with your name, order number, item name and description. A K. Bell Customer Service Specialist will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we can usually process the cancellation possibly subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is confirmed, K. Bell will send you a confirmation email subject to a 15% cancellation fee. This confirmation email is your proof of cancellation and will be necessary, in case of any questions, to waive shipping/handling and/or restocking fees.
If you receive the order, then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. Again, unless you have a confirmation email stating the order cancellation prior to shipment, you will not be refunded the shipping and handling charges for that order. The package must be unopened in new "as shipped" condition to be eligible for a credit see terms under RETURN POLICY.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
K. Bell has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information and description. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error, K. Bell shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. K. Bell shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, K. Bell shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the total charged amount of the incorrect price item(s).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
K.
