Return Policy

K.Bell guarantees your satisfaction on every purchase.

We offer a no-hassle return policy that allows you to return eligible socks for any reason for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Please follow the process below to return the socks and receive your refund. Please note that only a single return label is allowed per order.

  1. Click here and follow the instructions to obtain your pre-paid return label.
  2. Enclose the Authorized Returns Packing List Summary, which is located on the second page of the return label document, with the socks you wish to return.
  3. Place the return label on the box and drop it off at any location that has a daily UPS pickup. Click here to find a location near you or drop your package off at a UPS store. The pre-paid UPS return label cannot be used outside the United States.

* Once we receive the return, we will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.

* If the item(s) you are returning were a gift, we will need to contact you to obtain information to finalize the reimbursement process. Please verify that the contact information on the Authorized Returns Packing Slip Summary is correct and include your phone number and email address. * All sale items are final sale and ineligible for return or refund.
